Nuru

Nuru (real name, Mac-Abubakar Abdul-Nuru and formerly known as Xtreme GH) is a rapper based in Ghana. A multi-tasking act, he is also a publicist and entrepreneur; he was a blogger before releasing his debut single. Nuru schooled in Accra and Tamale. He raps in the Dagbani language and has a large appeal in the northern region of his country which uses the same language.

His single ‘Mali Zani’ (2015) brought him strong notice. His debut album is scheduled for 2016.
