Niniola and Harrysong to release albums

Harrysong’s Kingmaker, his second album after 2012's Testify, will be available for purchase before the end of October. A recently released tracklist from the artist shows a number of guest appearances by Seyi Shay, Patoranking, Vector and MI Abaga. The previously released ‘Samankwe’ with Timaya is included as a bonus track.

This year has been turbulent for Harrysong, as he was involved in media and legal wrangling with his former label 5 Star Music led by his former friend KCee. 'Arabanko', a song released shortly after his departure from 5 Star Music, was interpreted by some as targeting his former label. Kingmaker will be released on his own Alterplate record label.

Niniola, who recently released the single 'Sicker', has announced 3 November as release date for her debut album. Titled This is Me, the album comes after a series of well-received songs including ‘Ibadi’, ‘Soke’ and ‘Maradona’.

“As promised guys its finally here,” she wrote on Instagram. “I am excited about this project. Three years ago it was ‘Ibadi’. A lot of us have been waiting for this and it’s here now… NINIOLA “THIS IS ME” The Album drops on the 3rd of November 2017. And you can pre-order from the 20 October. Don’t dull Guys.”
