The Makhado Family is planning to release Riky Rick’s posthumous album, Boss Zonke Forever, on 4 April, three years after the ‘Sondela’ hitmaker’s passing on 23 February.
The 16-track album features a line-up of collaborators from close friends to industry colleagues, including Elaine, 25K, Blxckie, and Nia Pearl, among others.
Some of the featured tracks include ‘Higher Power’, ‘Rain Drops’, ‘Never Let Me Down’, ‘Eish’ and ‘Calling Back’.
“The Makhado Family is honoured to announce the release of Riky Ricks’s final album, Boss Zonke Forever, set to drop on the 4th of April 2025,” a statement reads. “This heartfelt project is a tribute to the late artist, ensuring that his passion, music, and legacy continue to live on.
