Kingdmusic is a South African Music Awards Winner, multi-award winning artist, Songwriter, Worship Leader & a Record producer. The vibrant musician started singing at his then home church at the age of 12. By the age of 14 he had started writing his own songs and also recorded his first R&B single called “Always Loving You”, with the help of his parents paying for studio time. He hails from Venda, South Africa. With more than 10 million streams on Spotify only, Kingdmusic continues to grow his global audience every year.

Kingdmusic is passionate about producing songs that connect people to God. His prophetic worship style is marked by rich spontaneous moments in God’s presence. He has been featured on tour and events with international and local acts such as Alex Pappas (Hillsong Y&F), Martin Smith, Hillsong Worship (SA), Jonathan Douglass (Hillsong United), Tim Hughes, Worship Central, CalledOut Music, Mahalia Buchanan, and many churches in South Africa.

Kingdmusic has released music with CalledOut Music from the UK, Gabriela Gomes from Brazil, S.O. from USA, K-Anthony from USA, Angie Rose from USA and Licy-Be from Australia.

Hillsong Worship released albums in Xhosa, Zulu and Afrikaans for the very first time on the 10th of June 2018 and Kingdmusic got to lead some of the songs on the Zulu album. His debut album, “Seasons” was launched on the 9th of March 2019 at Hillsong Church in Braamfontein, Johannesburg. It has since won Best Contemporary Gospel album award at the Limpopo Music Awards 2019, won Best Gospel Album Of The Year at the Limpopo Gospel Music Awards 2019 and received a Best New Comer nomination at the SABC Crown Gospel Music Awards 2019. His “Upside Down” music video won Best Gospel video at the INGOMA Awards in 2018.

His 2nd studio album ‘Denga’ was released on the 18th of June 2021, featuring some amazing artists from around the world. The album has since won “Best Contemporary Faith Music Album” at the South African Music Awards 2022, “Best Gospel Music Video” at the INGOMA awards 2022 and “Best Gospel Hit” at Limpopo Music Awards 2022.
