Kcee

Real name Kingsley Okonkwo is a Nigerian Afro pop musician. Born at Ajegunle, often described as the Harlem of Lagos, on account of its role as a production line of Nigerian Musical talent, he learnt the music trade early from his father who was a DJ. He attended the Enugu State University, where he graduated in Theatre Arts. He had originally intended a career as professional Footballer, having played with two Lagos teams- Julius Berger FC and Puma FC, however Music won out in the end.

His big break came in 2002, as part of a duo - Kcee Presh (with partner Precious John) when they won the Star Talent Hunt in 2002. After the group parted ways he re-emerged as a solo artiste, with two monster hits- "Limpopo" and "Okoso" in 2013.
