Sizz, whose birth name is Osman El-Alawa Jnr has mentioned in a few interviews how he grew up listening to a lot of Hiphop and R&B ranging from Craig david, Isley Brothers, Donell Jones, Joe, The Fugees, R.Kelly, Usher,Sisqo to 50 cent, lil wayne, Jay Z, Nas, Bone Thugs n Harmony, Kanye West, Drake, J.cole and also a lot of Tuface Idibia and M.I Abaga from the African scene.
He is known for his smooth voice and unpredictable flow whilst delivering very intricate & introspective raps alongside soothing crooning. Also known for his iconic highlife samples like in NEVER TOLD and SHOW YOU MORE and for his multifaceted way of merging various genres/styles into hiphop. Content wise, he mostly draws heavily from his personal life and experiences from a relatable standpoint.
