Motolani always finds myself at the intersection of music, entertainment, pop culture, media, content, law, business, partnerships, networking, solutions provision, tech, innovation and advancement. He has since grown to be one of my most powerful voices in African media and entertainment. He is also an award-winning journalist.

He has co-founded three companies, and become a deal maker in the African music and entertainment industry. He has experience in working with brands, in client services and agency services, as regards UGC, PGC, PUGC, BGC and more.

Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015, he left the Law for international aid, to co-found a few media startups, (surprisingly) back to the corporate world and then, in multimedia journalism; creating visual, pictorial, written and audio content. Now, he work at the most important arm of the most powerful music company in the world, developing talent, crafting and executing marketing, A&R and business strategies, making deals and helming major moves across the African continent, and becoming a champion and voice for African music.
