Shaun Mistro

Shaun Machele, also known as Shaun Mistro, is a self-taught DJ, producer, and vocalist from Meadowlands, Soweto. His musical journey began in 2009 as a rapper, but he later transitioned into music production, creating his own beats using FruityLoops. The influence of soulful house music can be heard in the Private School Amapiano sound he produces.

Throughout his career, Shaun Mistro has collaborated with several artists, including RGee SA, Haze46, Zay SA, and Kaylo. His talent and skills have earned him an invitation to Kalawa Jazmee Studios for a recording session. In April 2024, Shaun Mistro released his debut EP, titled SHUKELA.
