Nigeria: Wealth Official set to release debut EP on 31 July

Born in Benin City, Nigeria, and now based in South Africa, Wealth Official draws on Afrobeats, hip hop, rap, R&B, soul and country-inspired sounds across the project. The EP follows a series of singles and music videos released during 2026 as the artist builds a growing profile in the African music scene.

The project is led by ‘Faded’, an emotive single that highlights Wealth Official’s melodic songwriting and introspective lyrics. South African rapper 031Baby makes the EP's only guest appearance, reflecting the artist's interest in collaborations that connect Nigerian and South African music scenes.

Across its seven tracks, MR SHOW LOVE explores themes including love, relationships, ambition, resilience, self-discovery and personal growth. The project moves between Afrobeats rhythms, R&B melodies, rap and soulful, country-influenced elements while maintaining a focus on storytelling.

The EP will be released through Pitch Circle and will be available on Spotify, Apple Music, Audiomack, YouTube Music, Deezer, Boomplay, Amazon Music and other major digital streaming platforms from 31 July.
