Edgar ndi Davies

Edgar Njobvu and Davis Kachere, popularly known as Edgar ndi Davies, is an acoustic duo from Malawi. Their music reflects on the country's socio-economic ills faced by people in his country during their day to day experiences.

They have to date released four albums under their name. The albums are as follows: ‘Wazelezeka’ (2000), ‘Musabwere Kumuzi’ (2005), ‘Dzubwera Mochedza’ (2008) and 'Energy Saver' (2013). Some of the songs that feature in their albums are ‘Wazelezeka’, ‘Sukulu Njofunuka' and many others.

In 2015, they were voted the Best Neo traditional artists in the MUMA Awards. They are practicing lawyers who trained in Zomba.
