SA: Lelow B explores commitment, loyalty on new single ‘Imizwa’

The song centres on a couple who remain committed to each other despite disagreements and other challenges. It explores the idea that lasting relationships require understanding, sacrifice and a willingness to work through difficult periods.

Through her soulful delivery, Lelow B presents love as a conscious choice rather than an idealised experience. The contributions of Nvcho, Zuma, Da Ish and Soulful G add different perspectives to the song’s central theme.

The release adds to Lelow B’s musical journey, which began in Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal. Her sound draws on Afro-soul, R&B and house, and her career has included performances and collaborations across South Africa, work connected to the Kalawa Jazmee stable, features with established artists and the release of her Journey EP.

‘Imizwa’ is available on major digital streaming platforms.
