Rockboy

Peter Zeluwa Egbunike, known as Rockboy, is a 24-year-old Afrofusion artist who embarked on his musical journey during his second year of studying International Relations at Abia State University. His music delves into personal stories, family background, and life events, creating a sound that resonates with diverse cultures and experiences.

Collaborating with producers like Kroxx and Ghost, Rockboy honed his exceptional sound with the guidance of his big brother, Trip, who is also a producer. Life itself serves as the signature theme in his music, capturing the emotions and perspectives that shape his identity and connect with the masses.

Influenced by iconic artists such as Michael Jackson, Burna Boy, Eminem, and Olamide, Rockboy is driven by a determination to positively impact the world with his unique sound. His mother, Mrs. Oluchi Christiana Egbunike (Sing Atuta), plays a pivotal role as his manager, guiding and nurturing his musical journey. The support extends to his grandmother, Mrs. Cecilia Dioma Okoronkwo, Aunty Elder Nneoma H. Maduekwe, and his entire family, forming an integral part of his artistic vision.
