Born Lloyd Palmer aka AkinSanya aka Bushy Kunde is a versatile Jamaican artiste, musician, sound healer, writer and cultural ambassador. Hailing from the rich musical heartland of St. Ann and Trelawny. He honed his skills as a dub poet, keyboardist, producer, and lyricist and is most renowned for his work with The Uprising Roots Band of the reggae revival era.
Akinsanya has shared the stage playing keyboards for renowned artists like Gyptian, Sugar Minott, Warrior King, Richie Spice and many more A list acts. His musical journey has led him to explore the healing therapeutic power of sound, offering sound baths and creating transformative music.
Currently, he's focused on his "Sound Balm Yard" venture, producing music, offering sound healing services, and crafting indigenous instruments. His releases, including the "Dub Trafickka" EP, and current singles "Guru in a you”, "Play mi reggae" that showcases his unique blend of dub poetry, singing, ska, and roots reggae.
